Exploring the Unhappiness: What Are the Main Reasons Starseeds Suffer and How Can They Overcome?

As many of you are aware, due to myself putting my own healing as number one on the priority list, I have cut back on how much I have been doing in the community, but the letters and messages from people has not gone un noticed, nor has the struggle they are facing.

In reading numerous heartfelt messages from readers who are battling depression, addiction and anxiety, I felt compelled to share some of my personal journey and experiences. First and foremost, I want to make it clear that I am not a medical professional, I have absolutely NO experience or knowledge in the medical sector, so please be aware of that as continue reading. The insights I share come from my own path and are meant to inspire others and offer a sense of connection.

For those of you who feel like you don’t quite belong here on Earth, you might be a Starseed. Starseeds, also known as Star Beings, are souls who originate from other dimensions or planets. We have come to Earth with a mission to help heal the planet and assist in the ascension to 5D consciousness. Our very essence is one of intuitive light, but because we are not accustomed to the denser frequencies of Earth, we often face unique challenges. These challenges can manifest in various ways, including depression and anxiety, drug and alcohol abuse, introversion or social exhaustion, feelings of disconnection, trouble fitting in, eating disorders, and problematic relationships.

Starseeds: Navigating Higher Dimensions on Earth

Starseeds, as many of you might know, are souls that originate from dimensions higher than the third, often the 5th dimension or beyond. These higher dimensions are realms of lighter frequencies, epitomized by love, peace, and unity. In contrast, Earth, residing in the 3rd dimension, is a realm where corruption, violence, and separation prevail. This stark difference in vibrational frequencies makes it challenging for Starseeds to adjust to life on Earth, feeling like light beings surrounded by deep darkness. Imagine being a foreigner in a dark, unfamiliar place, with no memory of who you truly are. This is the reality that many Starseeds face, and it requires immense patience and self-love to navigate such discomfort.

The struggle for freedom is another significant challenge that Starseeds encounter on Earth. Accustomed to the boundless freedoms of higher dimensions, where their actions are unrestricted by rules and regulations, they find Earth’s limitations particularly stifling. Here, they have to adhere to societal norms, work to earn a living, and deal with monetary systems—concepts that are alien to their true nature. The innate desire for freedom does not make them rebels or lawbreakers; it simply highlights their difficulty in adjusting to the constraints of the 3rd dimension. Starseeds yearn for travel, exploration, and adventure, yet these aspirations often feel out of reach within the confines of earthly existence.

A further challenge lies in the delay of manifestation on Earth. In higher dimensions, Starseeds can manifest their desires instantly, a stark contrast to the significant waiting periods experienced here. This delay can lead to feelings of stress and powerlessness, as Starseeds are highly psychic and powerful beings who are used to immediate realization of their intentions. On Earth, they must undergo a process of awakening, reprogramming their minds, healing, and ascending to higher awareness to unlock their full potential. This journey requires time, patience, and a steadfast determination. Despite these challenges, the presence of Starseeds on Earth is a beacon of hope, as they bring with them the light frequencies of love, peace, and togetherness, aiding in the elevation of our collective consciousness.

For all Starseeds reading this, remember to be gentle with yourselves. Your journey is not easy, but your presence here is vital. There was a time when I didn’t know who I was or why I was here on Earth. The darkness was so intense that it consumed me. I felt like I was in hell, and I didn’t know why or how to escape. I now know that Earth is a purgatory, a school to help us develop, heal, and eventually reach higher awareness. When we don’t know who we are, why we are here, and our purpose, we suffer.

When it’s pitch black, we can’t see anything; it’s only our own essence. Turn off the lights and walk around in the dark. You will stumble and fall. I did many times. TRUST ME ON THAT!! There was a time I didn’t think I’d ever be free. I had this intense inner knowing that I was in the wrong place. It makes sense now because I’m a Starseed living in this low density reality — a place that’s not my original home. Nevertheless, I’m here, so one day, I decided to stand up and fight like hell for my freedom. My primary focus was to conquer the darkness and find the light. I was blind, but I kept pushing and seeking until I found the light within.

I started by facing my traumas. It took courage, but I faced them one by one. I accepted it as a part of my life story and forgave everyone who harmed me. It took time to forgive my abusers, but I realized forgiveness had a tremendous effect on me. The bitterness and anger melted away as I began to rest in higher frequencies. Once I tapped into lighter frequencies, I did a deep dive into myself and realized I was a Starseed Lightworker, an Awakening Master, and a healer. I discovered I was here on Earth to assist with the ascension and had been here for many lifetimes. I remember saying, “Oh my God, I am not a victim; I’m a survivor.”

I realized the traumas I endured could someday help others. I also understood that if I healed myself, it would have a significant impact on everyone around me. Heal yourself, heal the world. When I discovered that I was on Earth to help with the ascension, things began to make more sense. I felt a sense of purpose, and for the first time in many lifetimes, I was at peace and could create a vision. My reality began to shift as my psychic abilities were reactivated. I started to receive messages from the spiritual realm and clear communication from my Spirit Guides. Everything was finally starting to make sense, but it wasn’t easy.

The life path of a Starseed is challenging by design. We are healers, and healers must first heal themselves. It has taken many lifetimes to arrive where I am, and I’m still healing. If I could snap my fingers and make everyone’s pain vanish, I would do it. But that would defeat the purpose of this life experience.

My loves, I am no better than you. If I can pull myself out of the depths of hell, so can you. Envision the life you want, and begin to tell a new story.
