No time like TODAY for self-care baby!!!

So, what's self care for you? Is it taking a long hot bubble bath, surrounded by candles or is it a walk along the beach at sunset? Jamming to vibes that uplift you or help you drown out the bullshit? Is it indulging in your favourite chocolate or sweet? Maybe it is going on a spending spree??


Self-love is often misunderstood as mere indulgence in self-care routines, like luxuriating in a bubble bath or unwinding to your favorite tunes. While these activities can be relaxing and contribute to your well-being, true self-love digs much deeper. It’s about fostering a genuine appreciation and respect for oneself, which can fundamentally enhance your life. Before seeking love from others or pursuing romantic relationships, it's crucial to cultivate a strong foundation of self-love.


True self-love involves recognizing your intrinsic worth and nurturing a healthy relationship with yourself. This process begins with self-awareness—understanding your strengths, weaknesses, desires, and fears.
